This is my second choice of your concepts. It is very easy to relate to the concept, and therefore, more people will be attached to the little gryphon and his plight to fit in. Not only that but I am curious to see how he will devlop as a character, and what, in the end, he will make of his wingless self.
Dah! I really like this one, and it would be my second/third choice (I can't choose between this, and the cat one). The big issue with it that I see is that you didn't seem to take interest to this one as the others (developing wise). It seems like you'd have more fun doing something else.
